Climax FF1000

The FF1000 OD mount flange facer is a versatile machine mounting on flanges from 4" OD to 12" OD. Its ease of setup and durability make this flange facing machine the choice of the industry for smaller flanges where ID mount is difficult or not possible.

Climax FF3000

The Climax FF3000 OD mount flange facer features a low profile rugged design enabling this machine to get into tight locations that other machines won’t fit into. This machine has a bi-directional feed, and detachable mandrel and uses hardened mounting jaws to really grip the ID of the pipe. It comes in a waterproof case with all the accessories needed to face most smaller flanges.

Climax FF5000

The Climax FF5000 OD mount flange facer features a two piece mounting and alignment system. This system allows the user to mount and align to the flange effortlessly; only attaching the motor after the base is already setup and aligned to the flange. This machine's design allows typical setup with one user, facilitating that user to be able to do much larger flanges by themselves. Tri Tool 204B
